Terms and Conditions

Hi Folks,

!Please read this entry first as it contains rules and terms of sale!

1.) Most of the manga I sell contain explicit and graphic male/male sex. Some are classified as XXX as they contain very disturbing themes (BDSM, Non-con/Rape, Pedophilia, I could go on and on); therefore, I will only be accommodating potential buyers who are at least 18 years of age.
So before I agree to part with my manga, please email me (sebo_demacho@yahoo.com) a scanned copy of any identification containing your date of birth (ie. driver's license, passport, birth certificate). You may black out any other information like your address (for example) for security reasons. I only need to ensure that you are legal enough to acquire these material.
When we meet up to exchange goodies (you=manga; me=money), please bring the original ID to make sure you didn't use someone else's ID.

2.) All transactions will be paid in cash. After all, we will meet face to face to exchange goodies.

3.) First come, first served rule. It will be based on the order of emails in my inbox. Please explicitly state that you are buying the titles so I can cross it off my list and tell the other folks that it has been claimed. I also prioritize folks who plan to buy all books available in a series.

4.) Prices are fixed unless you plan to buy the whole series or at least 3 books. I give discounts to those who buy in bulk.

5.) Potential buyers must be located in Manila/Singapore. If you are located elsewhere and would really like to buy, please send an email so we can discuss payments terms, logistics, etc. Just take note that this will be more costly.

6.) I am willing to meet up at any day for exchanges. I use the MRT / bus :-)

Hope that explains many things. I cannot stress more that explicit titles will be sold to minors. Please, I do not want to get in trouble. ^_^
